By accessing or using RetainerOps ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RetainerOps is a retainer management platform for fractional operators and agencies. It provides tools for client management, time tracking, project coordination, and reporting.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, transmitting harmful or illegal content, or using the Service in a way that violates applicable laws.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data to provide and improve the Service.
The Service and its content are owned by RetainerOps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetainerOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
