Profile settings

Go to Settings → Profile to update:

• Display name — shown to teammates and in activity logs
• Avatar — upload a photo that appears alongside your name across the app
• Email preferences — opt into or out of notification emails

Changing your email or password

Go to Settings → Account to update your login email address or change your password. You'll receive a confirmation email before any email change takes effect.

Notification preferences

RetainerOps sends email notifications for:

• Task reminders when due dates are approaching
• Retainer usage alerts when a client reaches 80% of their included hours
• Weekly digest of workspace activity

You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any time from the unsubscribe page or your profile settings.

Deleting your account

To delete your account and all associated data, contact support@retainerops.com. Note that if you are the workspace owner, you must transfer ownership or delete the workspace before your account can be removed.
