Trial
The Trial plan gives you full access to core features for up to 5 clients and 1 user. No credit card required. Use the trial to explore the platform, build your first package tier, and onboard a few clients before committing to a paid plan.
Solo
Built for solo practitioners managing up to 5 retainer clients. Includes all core features — clients, packages, tasks, time entries, reports, and the client portal. Best for independent fractional operators who don't need a team or API access.
Studio
The most popular plan for growing retainer practices. Supports unlimited clients, up to 5 team members, and unlocks the AI assistant (100 messages/month), the Claude MCP connector, the external API, and Excel export.
Agency
For agencies with larger teams managing many clients. Everything in Studio plus unlimited team members, 500 AI messages/month, and expanded session history. Best for teams of 5 or more operators.
AI message overages
Studio and Agency plans include a monthly message allowance for the AI assistant. When you reach your limit, you can top up your AI wallet with credits — each credit costs $0.01 and a message costs 10 credits ($0.10). You can pre-load wallet credits from Settings → Billing.
