Activity Log
The Activity Log is a complete, tamper-evident audit trail of everything that happens in your workspace.

What the log captures
The Activity Log records significant workspace actions, including:
- Client creation, updates, and status changes
- Package tier changes and new assignments
- Time entries logged, edited, or deleted
- Task status changes and completions
- Team member invitations and role changes
- API key creation and revocation
- Report generation and delivery
- Billing events and plan changes
Who can see the log
The Activity Log is available to users with the Owner or Admin role. See Users & Roles for a full breakdown of what each role can access.
Filtering the log
Filter entries by date range, action type, or the team member who performed the action. This makes it easy to audit a specific event or review everything that happened in a billing period.
